Responsibilities: • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies). • Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) • Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and taking minutes. • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.). • Communicating with public services when necessary. • Properly handling complaints and grievance procedures. • Coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews. • Conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees. Requirements: • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position. • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular). • Basic knowledge of labor laws. • Excellent organizational skills. • Strong communications skills. • Degree in Human Resources or related field. Preferred Skills: • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems. • Ability to handle data with confidentiality. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to handle and resolve ambiguous situations and issues. • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.',
